1.a Visit of Florence: morning

Along the romantic Viale dei Colli up to Piazzale Michelangelo: a stop to admire the wonderful panorama of the city, one of the most beautiful in the world. The tour continues with a visit of the 15th century "Palazzo Pitti" (*) built for the Pitti family and the last residence of the Medici family. Inside, visit to the celebrated "Palatine Gallery", a museum of painting containing some of the most important works of Botticelli, Raphael, Titian, Rubens, Murillo, Velasquez etc..
From the windows a panoramic view of the celebrated Boboli Gardens. This itinerary includes also a guided visit of the Cathedral complex: the Cathedral (visit inside)** with Brunelleschi's grandiose cupola, Giotto's bell tower, the Baptistery with its bronze doors, among which the most famous Gates of Paradise. End of the tour.

For those who wish, it is possible to book the morning city tour that will include light lunch and drinks in a cozy restaurant close to our terminal. The arrival in time for the afternoon tours will be guaranteed.

1.b Visit of Florence: afternoon

Departure by coach for a brief excursion to Fiesole, a delightful town of Etruscan origin positioned on the hills that dominate Florence and the Arno Valley.
The tour continues to the historic centre for a guided visit to the Franciscan Church of Santa Croce where it is possible to admire the tombs of Michelangelo, Machiavelli, Galileo and Rossini among others.
The tour then arrives at the famous Gallery of the Academy (*) where it is possible to admire the original David by Michelangelo and other masterpieces by this great artist. End of the tour.
(*) Should the Gallery be closed, a visit to the Archaeological Site of the Roman Theatre of Fiesole and Piazza della Signoria, will take place, as an alternative.
The Gallery is closed on Monday replaced with the Museum of Palazzo Vecchio and Piazza della Signoria.

An unforgettable evening with excellent cuisine, music and fun in the enchanting atmosphere of Florence by night. We will leave the city centre, and after a scenic bus ride, we will arrive in Piazzale Michelangelo, one of the most famous panoramic spots in the world, situated on a magnificent hill above Florence. Here you will be served an aperitif in a wonderful outdoor caf where you will be able to admire the city's beauty at twilight. We will then move on to a typical restaurant in the immediate outskirts of Florence close to a beautifully lit Monastery: you will be welcomed by musicians, and "stornello" singers. Your dinner, with a rich Florentine menu and the renowned Chianti wine, will be accompanied by the most famous opera songs performed by a professional tenor. For those who wish, you may dance to the romantic music of the most famous Italian songs. Coming back into Florence, you will have the chance to admire the breathtaking view of the lit-up historical centre while comfortably seated on our bus.

2.a Discovering Florence Walk: morning
Terminal: Piazza S.M. Novella, at the entrance to the church

The town-discovery tour starts in the lively Piazza Santa Maria Novella, with the homonymous beautiful Dominican church (inside visit*) where you can appreciate great masterpieces such as Brunelleschi's Crucifix, and Masaccio's Trinity.
We then proceed through the characteristic little square of the Croce al Trebbio and along the elegant Via Tornabuoni to reach Palazzo Strozzi. A little further on we come to Palazzo Davanzati and the fourteenth-century Palagio di Parte Guelfa by Brunelleschi. Shortly afterwards we reach the Ponte Vecchio, the "Jewellers' Bridge", one of the symbols of Florence; we then pass through the Piazzale degli Uffizi to enter Piazza della Signoria, a splendid "open-air sculpture museum", overlooking is the famous and imposing Palazzo Vecchio.
The tour continues up to the heart of the Medieval town with Dante Alighieri's Home and Church, and then Piazza della Repubblica, where our tour ends.
(*) On Fridays replaced with the visit of the church of Santa Trinita, and on Sundays with the museum of Santa Maria Novella.

2.b Discovering Florence Walk: afternoon

This tour allows you to discover the part of the town placed on the other side of the river Arno, well known both for its charming corners, famous churches and aristocratic palaces, but also for its numerous craft and antique stores.
The tour starts from Piazza Santa Trinita, and crosses over the homonymous wonderful bridge, then takes you to the church of Carmine (inside visit) where the famous Brancacci Chapel offers the most important cycle of Masaccio's frescoes. Then through the narrow streets of the ancient neighborhood of San Frediano, up to the charming Piazza Santo Spirito.
Lastly, walking along via Maggio, famous for all its antique stores, we'll get to Piazza de' Frescobaldi, where our tour ends.

2.c Visit of historic craft workshops in Florence

2.d Visit of the Uff izi Gallery and the Loggia dei Lanzi

You cannot leave Florence without visiting the Uffizi Gallery, one of the most famous picture galleries in the world.
The tour takes place in the late afternoon, when the number of visitors decreases, allowing a smoother visit of the Gallery.
Through the explanations of our guide, among the other wonderful masterpieces, you will be able to admire the works of art by Botticelli, Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, Raffaello, Giotto, Cimabue, Masaccio.
Our guide will accompany you to the discovery of the famous Loggia dei Lanzi in Piazza Signoria, where the famous sculptures by Giambologna and Benvenuto Cellini can be admired.

3 Excursion to Siena and San Gimignano

An extremely interesting excursion through the countryside of the Chianti area among delightful hills, with an ever-changing scenery of vineyards and olive trees.
A visit to San Gimignano (free), a tiny city that has remained intact through the centuries; the city is situated on top of a hill and is famous for its numerous towers, frescoes and other art treasures. On arrival in Siena, free time for lunch (not included). Then follows a guided visit of this magnificent mediaeval city: inside visit of the Cathedral, with the Piccolomini Library and the Opera Metropolitana Museum.
The tour proceeds to Piazza del Campo, one of the most beautiful squares in Europe, to admire the Town Hall (outside).
During the return journey, along the way it is possible to admire the old mediaeval village of Monteriggioni enclosed by its famous walls, still intact.

A splendid excursion through the fertile and picturesque Tuscan countryside towards the historic university city of Pisa, famous for its architectural beauty.
After the panoramic drive by bus along the Arno embankments, the tour proceeds with a guided visit of Piazza dei Miracoli to find the celebrated Leaning Tower, the Cathedral (visit inside), an unequalled masterpiece of Romanesque art carried out between the 11th and 12th centuries, the Baptistery and other important monuments.
Our Assistant will walk you to Piazza dei Cavalieri, where the Scuola Normale resides, one of the most famous universities in the world.

An excursion to one of the most suggestive areas of Tuscany, known all over the world for its wine and its countryside of unequalled beauty, that alternates woods with vines and olive trees, where Romanesque Churches, farmhouses, Villas and Castles of rare beauty are to be found.
This tour includes a visit to a place of particular historic and artistic interest in an old village, and of one of the most renowned castle farms with a snack and tasting of its prestigious wines.
The excursions are carried out in different areas of the Chianti region.

5.b Afternoon excursion to the Chianti area with dinner

A journey through the Chianti countryside, one of the most suggestive areas of Tuscany that is known all over the world for its wine, to reach a magnificent Castle: a visit of the garden and the splendid cellar where the famous barrels of the Chianti Classico wine are found. Stop for a snack and wine tasting.
Then follows a visit to one of the most beautiful Romanesque churches in the area.
For dinner: a typical meal (with rich menu and excellent Chianti Wine), in the magical atmosphere in an old village among the hills.
The excursions are carried out in different areas of the Chianti region.
Weather permitting, dinner will take place out in the open. Please wear suitable clothing.

6 Excursion to Lucca and its Villas

The guided visit to the elegant and refined Lucca, a magnificent city of art, begins with a delightful walk along the famous 16th century walls that enclose the old centre of the city under the shadow of tall trees.
There are also visits to the mediaeval Church of San Frediano, with its large mosaic in a 13th century facade; the stupefying Piazza Anfiteatro, modelled on the ruins of the 2nd century a.C. Roman Amphitheatre; the Torre Guinigi, the Cathedral of San Martino, the characteristic antiquarian road, and the Church of San Michele in Foro.
After some free time for lunch (not included), there is a visit to the splendid Villas in the area immediately surrounding the city.
These villas were the summer residences of Lucca's most important noble families and distinguished foreign guests: Villa Torrigiani*, with its rich apartments and wonderful grounds, and the splendid gardens of Villa Mansi, built by the well-known architect F. Juvarra.

7 Excursion to the Medici Villas

Built at the end of the 15th century by the architect Giuliano da San Gallo according to precise suggestions by Lorenzo dei Medici, the Villa of Poggio a Caiano is the most beautiful, the most famous and the best preserved of all the villas owned by the greatest family of the Renaissance. Inside there are beautiful original frescoes by Pontormo, A. del Sarto and other celebrated artists.
The Villa of Artimino, (external visit) was built almost a century later, and is also known as the Ferdinanda due to its being commissioned by the Grand Duke Ferdinando I to his famous architect Bernardo Buontalenti in 1594. The excursion ends with a visit to the little village of Artimino, which is almost completely intact from the great Medici period, and a wonderful Romanesque church.

8 Gucci and Prada Outlets Shopping Tour

The tour will give you the opportunity to visit the best-known designer label outlets, and buy with 30 to 50% discounts. We leave Florence to reach the Prada outlet, where we'll stay for 2 hours, then proceed for The Mall, the center offering prestigious designer labels such as Gucci, YS Laurent, Bottega Veneta, Sergio Rosis and Giorgio Armani.
This visit will last two hour as well. The pleasant Caf of the Center, will offer you the opportunity for a snack (not included). During the bus ride through the Valdarno area you will have a chance to see the wonderful Tuscan countryside where Masoccio was born.

9 Excursion to Perugia and Assisi

An itinerary in the green Umbria region, discovering eternally fascinating cities.
Perugia has one of the most beautiful squares in Europe in which it is possible to admire the Maggiore Fountain, the gothic Basilica of San Lorenzo and the Palazzo dei Priori, home to the Town Hall.
The excursion continues to Assisi, famous all over the world for being the native town of Saint Francis. Stop for lunch (included) in a wellknown restaurant.
A guided visit follows to the Basilica of Saint Francis (inside visit), frescoed by Giotto and Cimabue, the Basilica of Santa Chiara, the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli and other important places. Return to Florence in the late evening.

10 Excursion to Venice

The tour arrives at the Tronchetto di Venezia and is then transferred via steam boot to the most beautiful "open air parlour" in Europe: Saint Mark's Square. Guided visit of the city, during which it is possible to admire the Basilica of Saint Mark, with its marvellous mosaics and countless other works of art; the most celebrated Clock Tower, the exterior of the Ducal Palace, the Bridge of Sighs and other important places through tiny "calli", typically narrow Venetian lanes. Lunch (included) in a restaurant situated in the town centre. In the afternoon free time is available for participants. Return to Florence in late evening.

We offer a truly unique experience to those wishing to visit the "Eternal City": our deluxe coaches will allow you to comfortably reach Rome in a short time assisted by our multilingual hostess, who will be at your service for the entire day.
Upon arrival, we will take you for a walk in the town center, where you will be able to contemplate the Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, Piazza Colonna, the Pantheon, via Condotti, and Piazza di Spagna. Lunch (included), will take place in a restaurant in the center. After lunch, the tour will continue with a local guide to San Pietro, Castel Sant'Angelo, the Coliseum, and the church of Santa Maria Maggiore (inside visit).
Along the route, from the bus, you will see the Fori Imperiali, and the Capitol. In the evening, on your way back, a dinner stop is scheduled (not included).
